Bruce Fitzgerald has been the sole owner and president of Cold Creek Corporation since its inception in 1995. Before 1995 Bruce was the president and co-owner of Fitzgerald & Holley Construction, Inc. Both companies specialized in fast track retail, medical and restaurant tenant buildouts.
A partial resume of construction jobs includes over 50 GNC's, over 50 Subway Sandwich shops, over 30 Beall's Outlets, dozens of medical clinics, 5 Save-A-Lot grocery stores and 10 plus Dunkin Donuts.
Out of the ground jobs include the 4 million dollar Longwood Lincoln Mercury Dealership, a 2 million dollar Clermont Ford dealership expansion, the Crown Point Office Building and many others.
